ICSPSR summer workshop on Longitudinal Analysis of Historical Demographic Data

Affiliates of the Michigan Historical Demography Workshop are cordially invited to several events planned for the ICSPSR summer workshop on Longitudinal Analysis of Historical Demographic Data. Twenty students from all over the world will arrive this weekend for a four-week course on topics and methods in historical demography. We welcome this opportunity to introduce our students to members of the Michigan HD community. Please mark your calendar for these events:

  • Monday, July 20, 2009 - Opening reception
    Michigan Union, Kuenzel Room, 5-7pm

  • Wednesday, July 29, 2009 - Reception for Satomi Kurosu (Reitaku University)
    Perry Building Atrium, 5-7pm

  • Wednesday, August 5, 2009 - Reception for Sam Clark (University of Washington)
    Perry Building Atrium, 5-7pm

  • Friday, August 14, 2009 - Poster session and closing reception
    Perry Building G150B, 1:30-3pm
    (Students will present posters about research conducted during workshop. This is always stimulating and fun. - GA)
